This project involved the renovation of the corporate offices of Impact Unlimited, located in Dayton, New Jersey. Impact Unlimited is a design and marketing firm with a strong creative and visual identity in the trade show industry. Over a period of 10 years in various design phases, their existing 10,000 square feet of office space was renovated and expanded to 30,000 square feet of new corporate interiors. All the renovations were done while the space remained occupied and in use.

The design basis for the new work was driven by the Client's wish that their office environment reflect the creative spirit of the company's work. The design strategy was one that allowed each department or program space to function as an independent visual element. This allowed different parts of the interiors to be conceived and built at different times, while allowing the design agenda to be fluid and evolving. Custom millwork, furniture and lighting were designed for each area. Working with a modest budget, our design relied on color and strong forms to shape the interior space.
