Richardson Smith Architects provides a full range of architectural design services. We understand that each of our clients and projects are unique and the architectural design services we provide need to be tailored to the individual circumstances of the project. Traditionally, architects provide services in five categories: 1) Preliminary Design; 2) Design Development; 3) Construction Documents; 4) Bidding and Permits; and 5) Construction Administration.

Architectural Services can also include “pre-design” services such as helping our clients in developing their building program and design objectives; determining sustainable design objectives and goals; site planning analysis; and assisting with the regulatory and zoning approval process. RSA has experience providing the full range of these services, and throughout all phases of the work an emphasis is placed on strong communication and project management to ensure that our client’s needs are met and the projects goals achieved.
